Return Exchange Policy
1. General Policy
1.1 We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent policies. Orders once placed may not be cancelled after processing has begun. Cancellation requests, if applicable, must be made within a limited timeframe after placing the order.
In the event of an approved refund (including for faulty or incorrect items), refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued either to the original payment method or as store credit, at the discretion of Naqashi Saaz.
2. Change of Mind Returns
2.1 Change-of-mind returns may be accepted, subject to approval.
2.2 Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with tags intact.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Exchanges may be offered for size or style, subject to availability.
3.2 Exchange requests must meet return condition requirements.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
4.1 If an item is received faulty or incorrect, please contact us with clear images or videos.
4.2 We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
5. Non-Returnable Items
5.1 Custom-made or personalised items.
5.2 Pre-orders.
5.3 Sale or discounted items, unless faulty.
6. Refund Method
